Professor Fraser at UTSpeaks

At the UTSpeaks event on 20 April, 2010 Professor Fraser gave a lecture addressing some of the failings in our current intellectual property regime. To quickly and easily secure licenses for copyrighted content, Professor Fraser suggests the creation of a National Content Network which would benefit both consumers and content owners alike.
